The location is fantastic with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore Lucerne.
We experienced a lack of communication regarding late-night entry, which caused confusion when we returned to the hotel after hours.

Hotel staff is very kind.
No elevator, you have to carry your bags upstairs. No air condition, it was hot in the room, and if you open the window it is noisy from the traffic. Very poor breakfast, you get only bread and butter and jam, and for everything else you have to pay extra (plate with salami or plate with cheese is 4€, one yogurt or one portion of corn flakes is 2,5€, one egg is 1€). Hotel is too expensive for what it offers.

Modern, brand-new unit with the minimal bedrooms etc as well as tea. Fine food for breakfast. Marvellous, ideal location not far from restaurants and shop, old town or the train station and the Chapel bridge, EXCELLENT staff.
Beds were too soft.

I've got pleasure to contact with staff Stefano. He helped me to find parking place for my car, pick up my laggage and was ready to answer any questions any time.

A charming stay with balcony views
The location is fantastic with a bus stop right outside. The spacious bathroom and private balcony added a nice touch to our stay.
The lack of air conditioning was an issue during warmer nights. The breakfast area could use more attentive service for a smoother experience.

Location was excellent with only a 15 minute walk to town. Buss stop right out side the door and just take Number 1 buss into town or back out. staff friendly. Beds reasonably comfortable. Plenty of heating in winter.
Not enough pillows, not fridge or minibar. Breakfast was very basic and you have to pay extra for some of the things other hotels provide in a basic breakfast.

The hotel was about 15 mins walk from the station but on an easy to use tram route. The room was fine for a 2* ( the bathroom was a cavern of dark green 1970's tiling !!) But there was a lot of noise carried from adjoining rooms. The staff where very nice & the breakfast, rolls jam and cheese spread fine for the price charged. More items were available for an extra charge.

Having a refrigerator in the room would be a nice option!!! Parking can be a bit tight, and it's quite a walk to the lake!!! More restaurant options nearby would enhance the stay!!!

The restaurant was great for evening meals, I tried wonderful dishes. The bathroom was large, with a shower, a hairdryer and towels. The location was marvellous and ideal, next to bistros and restaurants. Next to interesting places, because a bus stop was right next to the hotel.

Reasonably-priced hotel, only a few stops on frequent trolleybus route to rail station and city centre.
